Note:  Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Granbury-Hood County Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the regular meeting to discuss posted executive session items or to seek legal advice on any item posted on the agenda from the EDC attorney who must be present.

CALL TO ORDER

I.                    Review and/or approve the Granbury-Hood County EDC minutes of the August 18, 2009

II.                  Review bank statements for the month of August and discuss and/or act upon CPA firm

III.                Review and/or approve the Granbury-Hood County Economic Development Corporation proposed budget for the 2009-2010 fiscal year

IV.                Elect officers for the Granbury-Hood County EDC Board of Directors for fiscal year 2009-2010

V.                  Discuss plans for the Texas ICSC Show in San Antonio November 2-4

VI.                Review and/or act upon job performance review of administrative assistant

VII.              Receive administrative assistant’s report

Pursuant to Section 551.074 – TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE – PERSONNEL MATTERS

Deliberation regarding appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of an employee or public officer.

RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION

Take action if any on any item discussed in Executive Session
