3. Discuss and consider allowing the City to use vacant office in EDC building
4. Discuss December date for annual meeting and/or adopt resolution setting date and time of meeting
5. Administrative Assistanct Report
6. Discuss and approve accounting services for federal tax return and future accounting reports
